The Single Most Important Thing You Can Do For Your Health. It’s Easy… And It’s FREE!

After oxygen, water, and nutrition… the next most important factor for health is exercise.

Here’s the short-list as to why:

  • It expands the circulatory system and therefore helps lower blood pressure.
  • It stimulates the activity of the fat-burning enzymes that produce energy. (Increased energy AND fat-loss… Hmmm!!)
  • Exercise burns up some of the amino acids that would otherwise reach toxic levels in the body.
  • Exercise lowers blood sugar in diabetics and therefore decreases their need for medication.
  • When you exercise, your calf muscles contract and move the blood upward through the one-way valves in your veins. This acts as a sort of “second heart”, reducing the strain on your heart. This also reduces swelling (edema) in the lower legs and feet.
  • Exercise builds bone mass and reduces osteoporosis.
  • Exercise increases the production of all vital hormones.
  • Exercise produces adrenaline… which reduces the overproduction of histamine. Too much histamine is the main cause of asthma and allergies.
These are just a FEW of the many reasons why we should remain active and get plenty of exercise.

What type of exercise?

As concerning general health, any exercise that builds endurance, rather than speed or strength, is recommended. (Although a moderate amount of strength training will help prevent bone-mass loss.)

The best, most natural exercise you can do is walking. A brisk 30-minute walk every day will transform your health.
