Vibrant Health STARTS In Your Head!

Mary wants to be able to get back into that “Little Black Dress” by Christmas. So she puts herself on the latest fad diet and joins the health club.

Bob would like to improve his game. So he lays out $2,000 on a new set of golf clubs.

Janet is in a bad relationship, but she’s convinced that if she can just make a few changes in her partner… bliss will follow.

They’re each about to be disappointed… and for the same basic reason:
They’re looking for OUTSIDE solutions to problems that reside INSIDE themselves.

It’s not the fad diet that will put Mary back into that Little Black Dress. It’s who she’ll have to BE in order to stay on the diet.

It’s not better equipment that makes the difference between the pro golfer and the amateur. It’s the attitudes and discipline the pro has… that the amateur doesn’t.

As for Janet…

Instead of creating conflict by trying to change her partner, she should first focus on BEING a better partner herself.

Success in ANY area of life comes from 3 simple words: Be. Do. Have.

Success is never an occasion… it’s a process. And the order it follows CANNOT be altered.

In order to HAVE, you must first consistently DO the actions that produce the desired benefit. And unless you have a firm level of commitment to whatever the end result is that you desire, you won’t stick with the program.

Contrary to the popular saying, the best things in life are not free!

Enjoying abundant health requires an investment… in energy, time, and a little money. But compared to the years of pain, lost productivity, and thousands lost to medical and prescription-drug expenses, the cost of getting and staying healthy is nothing!
